The Clinic is open for dropping off and picking up animals or picking up food, products or prescriptions as follows:

Monday - Thursday	7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
Friday	7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday	8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Appointments are available as follows:

Monday - Friday	8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Saturday	8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

House call appointments are available in special circumstances.

Please call us at (608) 835-7323 or (608) 251-3487 to schedule your appointment.  If you would like to see a specific veterinarian, please be sure to tell the receptionist when you schedule your appointment.

We accept check, cash, MasterCard, Visa and Discover Card.  Please be advised that payment in full is due at the time of your appointment, or if your pet has been hospitalized at the time of your pet's discharge.  In the event of an emergency, we understand that this is not always possible and will discuss a payment plan with you on a case by case basis.  If you would like to make payments for any non-emergency procedures (i.e. vaccinations, spay or neuter), payments can be made in advance of the procedure.  We will hold your credit until you use it, or upon your request, your credit balance will be refunded to you in full.
