Take Hwy 14 (Park Street) south out of Madison.  Exit Hwy 14 at Hwy 138 (about 8 miles south of the Beltline).  Turn right onto Hwy 138. Turn left onto Park Street.  The clinic is located on the left-hand side of Park Street just past the former Rose Garden Restaurant.

Take Hwy 138 west to Oregon.  After going under the Hwy 14 overpass, turn left onto Park Street.  The clinic is located on the left-hand side of Park Street just past the former Rose Garden Restaurant.

Take Hwy 14 north. Exit Hwy 14 at Hwy 138.  Turn left onto Hwy 138.  After going under the Hwy 14 overpass, turn left onto Park Street.  The clinic is located on the left-hand side of Park Street just past the former Rose Garden Restaurant.
